DHIN and YoCierge Agree to Partnership

DOVER, DE (June 11, 2025) – Delaware Health Information Network (DHIN), the First State’s health information exchange, and YoCierge, a medical records retrieval company for the legal industry, have executed an agreement to streamline and reduce the cost of medical records retrieval for persons navigating various legal situations.

This new working relationship will allow law firm clients to authorize DHIN to make their medical data available through YoCierge’s third-party app. The app will pull the relevant medical data and distribute it to the appropriate law firm in support of their client’s case.

Delawareans and those in the surrounding areas will benefit from the new service, making it easier to obtain health information quicker and more securely. Law firms that use YoCierge’s services will now better serve their clients more quickly at a lower cost, saving their clientele time and money during extremely stressful times.

“We are thrilled to offer to help our fellow Delawareans get access to their health information and direct that information to their attorney’s offices, quickly, safely and securely,” said Randy Farmer, DHIN’s Chief Operating Officer. “The YoCierge tool is really impressive and should work very well with our advanced health information network, putting health data at the fingertips of the law firms and the clients who need it.”

We are excited to partner with DHIN to make medical record retrieval faster, more affordable, and more secure for Delaware residents involved in legal cases,” said George Bessenyei, CEO of YoCierge. “Our mission has always been to simplify the complex and often frustrating process of obtaining health records. With DHIN’s advanced network and our technology, we can now deliver critical information directly to law firms’ clients with unprecedented efficiency and compliance.”

Testimonials

“DHIN makes it very easy for us when a patient calls and says that they’ve had lab work or they’ve had imaging done, that we’re able to print that out and have that in their chart and reviewed prior to their appointment. So, it helps us out a lot in terms of time and convenience.”
