CostAware: Quality Measures- ACO Quality

This CostAware report shows quality measures reported by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) for ACOs participating in the Medicare Shared Savings Program. The CostAware initiative, sponsored by the Delaware Health Care Commission and Department of Health & Social Services, compares cost and quality across Delaware hospitals, Accountable Care Organizations, outpatient facilities, and office settings to help consumers make more informed choices when seeking care.
