This CostAware report shows the average cost of OP services in Delaware by insurance type and year. OP services include Adult doctor visits; Child wellness visits; Mental health services; Diabetes care; Cardiac care; Colonoscopy; ED visits; Imaging procedures; Lab tests; and Gall Bladder removal. This report also shows the top 10 OP procedures based on number of claims and total spending. The CostAware initiative, sponsored by the Delaware Health Care Commission and Department of Health & Social Services, compares cost and quality data across Delaware hospitals, Accountable Care Organizations, outpatient facilities, and office settings to help consumers make more informed choices when seeking care.
